**1. Agreement to Terms**
By placing an order or renting a bounce house from Bouncing Around & More, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please do not proceed with your booking.
** Rental Agreement**
All rentals are subject to availability. The customer must provide accurate information regarding the rental dates and location. A valid credit card is required for all reservations.
**Deposit and Payment**
A non-refundable deposit of [$75] is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or on the day of the event.
**Cancellation Policy**
- **By Customer**:
Cancellations made more than [24 hours] before the rental date will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than [24 hours] prior to the rental date will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
** Rental Period**
All rentals are for a standard period of [8 hours] unless otherwise agreed upon. Extensions may be possible but must be arranged in advance.
**Delivery and Setup**
Bouncing Around & More will deliver the bounce house to the agreed location and fully set up the equipment. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a safe and suitable location for setup, including sufficient space and accessibility.
**Safety and Supervision**
Customers are responsible for supervising participants in the bounce house. All participants must adhere to safety rules, and no more than the maximum allowed number of jumpers should be in the bounce house at any one time.
** Liability Waiver**
The customer agrees to assume all risks associated with the use of bounce house rental and releases Bouncing Around & More from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during the rental period.
**Cleanliness and Damage**
Customers are responsible for the cleanliness of the bounce house upon return. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.

**Refund Policy**
At Bouncing Around & More, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure your experience with our bounce house rentals is enjoyable. Our refund policy is as follows:
**Deposits**

- Refunds will be processed within [7-10 business days] of cancellation confirmation.
** Adjustments and Rescheduling**
If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes to your reservation, subject to availability.

**Bounce House Damage Policy**
At Bouncing Around & More, we take pride in providing safe and enjoyable bounce houses for all of our customers. To ensure all our equipment remains in excellent condition, we have established the following damage policy:
**Responsibility for Damage**: Customers are responsible for any damage that occurs to the bounce house during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, holes, tears, and any other forms of damage.
**Inspection of Equipment**: Before and after the rental period, our staff will conduct a thorough inspection of the bounce house. Customers are encouraged to report any pre-existing damage prior to use to avoid misunderstandings.
**Repair Costs**: Should any damage occur during the rental, the customer agrees to cover all repair costs. The cost will be assessed based on the extent of the damage and necessary repairs. A detailed invoice will be provided.
**Safety Guidelines**: To minimize the risk of damage, customers must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by our staff. This includes supervision of children while using the bounce house and adherence to the recommended weight limits.
